Mini Grapplers

Pre-k and Kindergarten

Our new Mini Grapplers class is geared towards younger athletes interested in wrestling, but don't quite have the ability to participate effectively in a traditional wrestling practice. This class will consist of wrestling centered games and obstacle courses to help young athletes gain body control and learn basic wrestling positions.

Advance Mini Grapplers that can positively engage in a traditional wrestling practice may register for Junior Grapplers, with prior approval.

Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm

(Advanced Mini Grapplers may attend Junior Grapplers with prior approval)

Junior Grapplers

1st - 4th Grades

Junior Grapplers focus on mastering the fundamentals of freestyle wrestling, setting a solid foundation for your athletes wrestling advancements.

Advanced Junior Grapplers may register for Senior Grapplers practice with prior approval and partner coordination.

Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-6:15pm

(Advanced Junior Grapplers may attend Senior Grapplers class with prior approval)

Senior Grapplers

5th - 12th Grades

Senior Grapplers focus on perfecting foundational wrestling movements, while introducing more advanced and technical techniques, at a faster more intense pace.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15 -8:00 pm

(Advanced Junior Grapplers may attend Senior Grapplers class with prior approval)

Open Mat

Open Mat is and opportunity for dedicated wrestlers to work on, with coach, wrestling techniques that may not be covered in practice, or that they are personally struggling with. Prior coordination with a partner and Coach will ensure the most efficient use of Open Mat time.
